At Silver Canyon Citrus, we were raised by a grandfather who was a world class chef. Quality food is everything our fruit is harvested only when it’s ripe. With our limited growing farms in Arizona, we cannot supply delicious juicy fruit year round. However, in our peak season we can supply some of the best fruit in the world!
Silver Canyon Citrus is part of the Whitfill Family. From our roots in a five Acre Citrus Grove in Phoenix, We’ve expanded to include 100’s of acres of citrus groves and packing facilities in Phoenix. We’re Arizona’s largest grower of Organic lemons and loving it
How It’s Grown
Myer Lemons
Meyer Lemons love our desert climate. A Mandarin-Lemon Hybrid, this species of lemon has become a favorite with chefs, bakers and drinkers.
Something about the Arizona sun grows big juicy fruit perfect for your culinary or pastry applications.
Larger than most, our fruits are custom harvested in special bins to protect the fruit. Shipped in custom 20lb cartons to insure you enjoy the benefits of summer sun and cool winter nights.
